1. Permitted Personal & Social Use
FrameVexa grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive license to design, customize, download, and share festive photo frames for personal, family, and non-commercial social media sharing purposes.
2. User Content & Intellectual Rights
You retain full ownership of all photographs you upload. By uploading content, you warrant that you possess the necessary rights and permissions to use and composite the photo. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party intellectual property or publicity rights.
3. FrameVexa Intellectual Property
The proprietary frame templates, transparent PNG designs, typography presets, brand assets, and platform code are the exclusive intellectual property of FrameVexa and its licensors. Unauthorized scraping, bulk duplication, or commercial redistribution of our templates without written consent is strictly prohibited.
4. Service Availability & Disclaimer
FrameVexa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain high availability and accurate canvas rendering across all modern mobile and desktop browsers, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
5. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of FrameVexa following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
